Transforming an existing structure into a contemporary residential building

In Grivegnée, this project reimagines an existing building through an extension and a two-storey vertical addition. The existing dwelling is retained and renovated while two new apartments are introduced, bringing the development to three residential units. Red brick, anthracite accents and generous openings create a contemporary urban identity, complemented by carefully designed outdoor and landscaped spaces.
