Our story

// Architecture and Engineering Firm in Belgium

ArchitectANA is an architecture and engineering firm based in Liège and active throughout Belgium. Since 2020, we have been assisting private clients, professionals and investors with new-build, renovation, conversion, extension and planning regularisation projects.

Our approach combines architectural design, technical expertise and a thorough understanding of administrative and planning requirements. We develop functional, sustainable and technically sound solutions tailored to the specific context and objectives of each project. Our work ranges from single-family homes and residential buildings to professional premises, commercial properties and investment projects.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together architects, engineers, energy performance specialists, health and safety coordinators and technical experts. This integrated expertise enables us to provide comprehensive support, from the initial studies and planning permit application through technical studies, structural engineering, execution preparation and construction site supervision.

We operate throughout Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders, with particular attention to architectural quality, structural stability, energy performance, technical feasibility and compliance with current regulations.

Remicourt — renovation and extension of a single-family house

Remicourt, Liège · 2025 · Renovation

In Remicourt, this project renews a single-family house by rebuilding the residential level in timber frame construction on the existing base. The extension and interior reorganisation create a new layout for everyday living. In the illustrated proposal, light façades with a vertical pattern contrast with the dark plinth and anthracite window frames. Large glazed openings connect the living room to a raised terrace, with the garage accommodated on the lower level. The design combines architectural renewal with improvements to the building’s thermal envelope.

Pepinster — design for an eight-apartment building

Pepinster, Liège · 2024 · New build

In Pepinster, this preliminary design proposes eight apartments on a sloping site. The change in level shapes the access routes and allows parking to be integrated beneath the homes. Red brick, anthracite window frames and glass balustrades define a contemporary composition with flat roofs. Large glazed openings connect the living spaces to private terraces, while hedges and trailing planting frame the outdoor areas and provide privacy.

Awans — new build contemporary house with swimming pool

Awans, Liège · 2025 · New build

In Awans, this approximately 314 m² single-family house combines a restrained contemporary architectural language with light brickwork, black aluminium frames and a pitched roof. The programme is organised around generous living spaces opening onto the garden, complemented by three bedrooms, a home office, dressing room and playroom. Outside, a timber terrace, an 8 × 4 m swimming pool and a pergola extend the living areas into the landscape, while a carport connects the house to the detached garage.
