A contemporary home designed around light, landscape and energy performance

In Awans, this approximately 314 m² single-family house combines a restrained contemporary architectural language with light brickwork, black aluminium frames and a pitched roof. The programme is organised around generous living spaces opening onto the garden, complemented by three bedrooms, a home office, dressing room and playroom. Outside, a timber terrace, an 8 × 4 m swimming pool and a pergola extend the living areas into the landscape, while a carport connects the house to the detached garage.
