In Bassenge, ArchitectANA provides health and safety coordination for the construction of a new single-family house. The assignment covers both the design and construction phases and follows the complete development of the site from preparation through to the final works.

ArchitectANA prepares and updates the coordination documents, assesses risks associated with the different construction phases, coordinates the various contractors and carries out regular site inspections. Each stage is monitored according to its specific risks in order to identify preventive measures and maintain continuity throughout construction.

The assignment also includes maintaining the coordination log and progressively compiling the post-intervention file containing the information required for future work on the building.
