Supporting a major envelope renovation to achieve lasting improvements in energy performance

In Amay, ArchitectANA acts as the Energy Performance Responsible for the major energy renovation of an existing dwelling. The project affects a significant proportion of the building envelope and aims to improve thermal performance while coordinating the regulatory requirements applicable to each renovated element.

The energy performance assessment covers the renovation and insulation of the façades, improvements to the roof, replacement of exterior joinery and verification of the dwelling’s hygienic ventilation requirements. Construction build-ups and the performance of the upgraded elements are assessed to ensure consistency with the applicable energy performance requirements.
