Finalising the energy performance assessment of a four-apartment residential building
In Flémalle, ArchitectANA worked on a new residential building containing four apartments, providing the technical and administrative follow-up required to complete the building energy performance procedure.
The assignment included an assessment of the as-built condition, verification of the building's energy characteristics and those of each residential unit, and updating the documentation to reflect changes made during construction. The energy performance work was coordinated with the planning regularisation of certain deviations from the original approved design.
The procedure was completed with the final energy performance declaration and individual energy certificates for all four apartments.
